Most orders are customized and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Please call for more information. Your credit card is processed as soon as the custom orders are confirmed and in process. Occasionally our vendors are out of stock or discontinue items, therefore, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. Sender must specify if recipient has any food allergy and we will try to accommodate. We are not responsible should any food products cause allergic reaction in the gift recipient. We assume no liability for anyone injured due to the misuse of any part of the gifts purchased.

• UPS shipping prices are from Georgia-30043 and ship out Monday-Friday. See chart above for days in transit once shipped out (usually the next business day after your order is placed). 

• Fulfillment may require extra days from December 1st-24th. Please note time frame requests in the comments section of the order form. 

• UPS does not guarantee ground shipping time in transit from December 11-24th. 

• UPS charges $12.50 for address correction fee. Please be sure to have complete address, apt. Number, suite number and correct spelling so that we do not have to pass these charges onto you. 

• Additional charges are added for air shipments, at time the shopping cart may not calculate the extra charges. We will notify you, before shipping, of any additional charges due to dimensional weight on air shipments. Please always provide the correct email address and phone number so that we can reach you.
